This diversity of experience and education has instilled in me a deep appreciation for human connection and relationships. It's more than just transactions; it's about understanding, appreciating, and respecting the unique stories and needs that each person brings to the table.
Starting my career in one of Canada's fastest-growing app development companies, I learned the importance of empathy and passion. These values were further nurtured by mentors Desmond Brisbin & Sam Mod. Then, my journey led me to Austin, where I joined the incredible Customer Success team at Elastic, discovering the power of perseverance and client advocacy.
Real Estate has given me the opportunity to blend my tech-savvy marketing skills with a genuine passion for people. My mom, Paola McElheron, not only serves as my mentor and partner but is also the driving force behind the competent, passionate, and hard-working individual I am today.
